What are your delivery times?

Each shipment can be tracked.

Processing: Your order will be processed within 48/72 working hours after the validation of it. You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number a few days after placing your order.

Delivery: Our delivery times vary from 5 to 7 business days (depends on your Location), but we do our best to reduce the time as much as possible. Our parcels are shipped with Yodel.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. It then takes between 5 and 7 business days (Depends on your Location) for your order to arrive at your home. During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days to ship.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 6 hours, so you have 6 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or amendment email to customercare@fenurbanstore.com.

After this time your items will already have been dispatched, so we will not be able to change your order.

My order is not complete, what can I do?

Since we have several in the world (France, China, Portugal), if your order contains more than one item, their origins may be different. Therefore, it may happen that you receive your order in several times. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time, the rest should arrive soon.

Our average delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. It is possible that some packages take a little longer than that.

However, if you still haven't received your package within 35 business days of ordering, then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.

The item I received is broken/defective

Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us at customercare@fenurbanstore.com with the following details:

Your order number, description of the problem (wrong / defective item, ...) and a photo or video.

You will not need to send the product back and we will refund you directly the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please specify it).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use the SSL protocol to ensure the encryption and protection of your personal data. An SSL certificate is a security protocol, which creates a secure connection between a server and a browser to encrypt and secure your information.
